From the outset, let me say that I support the National Youth Employment Authority Bill, 2015. I salute Hon. Sakaja for this great work, which will give the youth of Kenya a bright future. Hon. Sakaja is here to represent the interests of the youth in our Parliament. This Bill will contribute a lot and ensure that our youth get gainful employment in our nation. This Bill addresses the grave problem of unemployment, which is of concern to this country. Unemployment in Kenya stands at 40 per cent.
