    "content": "Therefore, creation of this database and incubation or the mentoring of youth will help because more often than not, we find youth who have gone to school and yet some of them do not even know how to write a good CV that can get them employment. The efforts by Hon. Sakaja are commendable. This Bill is timely and it is a major intervention in making sure that the youth in this country are no longer called viongozi wa kesho. They should start now."
