    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker. I want to thank Hon. Sakaja for giving me one minute. I want to support this Bill because the youths are the ones who are having a lot of problems. Most of these youth do not have access to formal education and we must think about them. They can be trained in plumbing and masonry. Many youths in this country have not gone to school and we need to see what we can do with them.
