Temporary Deputy Speaker, the other thing I want to add, as we go on with the Motion, is that we need to support it with a lot of amendments because we need to prevent our population from going to ICU. If they receive the right medication at the right time, maybe becoming seriously ill can be prevented. I ask that the Level 4 hospitals in every constituency be equipped with all the necessary facilities to ensure that the population that is there is comfortable with the medication given. When women go to give birth, maternity wards should be ready to receive them. Some of them are not well equipped. There are structures but inside is not like a labour ward; it looks like an ordinary ward. Those are the things we need to look into to ensure that the facilities are there to cater for children, women and men so that we can have a population that is strong and healthier.
