    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker. I would like to start by congratulating Hon. Dawood for thinking outside the box. We are all conditioned that we can only get referral services in Kenyatta National Hospital (KNH) or in Eldoret. It is time we thought wide and took those services closer to the people. I would also like to thank the Government for the initiative they have taken. I also congratulate the governors who have accepted that this equipment is not for the Government but for the purpose of taking services to the people. Those who have accepted them like Nakuru, where I come from, have already been launched. We appreciate and applaud the Government."
