    "content": "We have heard of some counties which have refused to take some interns who have been sent to their hospitals just because they do not originate from there. It is high time we started thinking in terms of lives of our people. Devolution was not meant to alienate some people. There are some counties that do not have trained doctors or enough medical personnel. This is what brings me to my next point."
