    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, the petition by Nakuru County on the municipal courts is very curious. The Legal Affairs and Human Rights Committee will handle this issue decisively, but it has far-reaching implications. Nairobi County has three City Courts. The same applies to Mombasa and many others. Therefore, we will get into a crisis. At the same time, since the repeal of that Cap.265, we have passed the law on protecting counties on matters that came before the Local Governments Act. We do not know where the Bill we passed here disappeared to. Mr. Speaker, Sir, we also plead with you, that as we are trying to protect those courts from what is happening in Nakuru, we would like to see the law that we passed here being implemented. Right now, it is still gathering dust somewhere."
