We even signed a memorandum of keeping peace and stopping all construction in the presence of the Cabinet Secretary, Ministry of Interior and Coordination of National Government. Suddenly, there is construction going on. I request that it be stopped to avoid flare-up. So, it is not a usual development. This is something that is strangely going to affect what we have worked for."
