Questions 3 and 4 were completely different questions, on matters of budget and financing. However, the magnitude of the problem on Athi River contamination is an issue that has been of concern to this House for quite some time. This is not the first time this has been raised, I remember in the last session, the Committee on Health also had a similar question and they laid a Report on the Table of this House. This is my ruling; I have listened to the prayer of Sen. Mutula Kilonzo Jnr., Sen. Wetangula and Sen. Ndiema. My ruling is that there is nothing that prevents you, Sen. Mutula Kilonzo Jnr., from making such a request. I have also listened to the prayer of Sen. (Prof.) Anyang'- Nyong'o and Sen. (Dr.) Zani’s concern.
