    "content": "(i) Investigates the circumstances under which part of the above-mentioned community land, that was set aside for the Veterinary Department, was irregularly allocated to private owners and title deeds issued; (ii) The Petitioners urge the Government to compel the Veterinary Department to surrender the entire land back to the community for adjudication and re-distribution to its original owners in keeping with the provisions of Article 63 of the Constitution and the Land Act, 2012 regarding community land.
