    "content": "Hon. Deputy Speaker, wananchi are demonstrating everyday in the said location. It was in the newspapers and even on television. There are no services being rendered on issuance of identification cards (IDs). I tried to raise the issue even with the Cabinet Secretary who happened to be a Member of this House, but he did not listen to me. So, what do I do because this is an issue of emergency? The Chairman of the Committee is here. What can we do to expedite so that the issue of the chiefs can be resolved and Government services like issuance of IDs can be rendered?"
