    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Deputy Speaker. I wanted to request that while the Departmental Committee on Administration and National Security deals with the matter, we deal with it in the context of the entire nation instead of having to repeat this petition. In some of our constituencies, we have chiefs who have to move for over 30 kilometres to cover a location. So, the issue of the locations, their sizes and population would--- Motorbikes and all those issues should be addressed. So that we utilise time well, could we deal with this thing at once; in which case we could be notified when it is being dealt with and we attend and present our respective issues instead of taking time to make presentations?"
