    "content": "Hon. Deputy Speaker, a notation cannot be a suggestion of amendment. But only this House, as read by Hon. (Eng.) Gumbo, can amend or reject. If in its wisdom they want to reject the notation, then it means the original position in the Bill stays. That original position in the Bill will then mean the Bill is passed as it is and the House will have to be constituted by having, at least, two-thirds majority of Members. We want to move forward without having confrontations every time the Executive is not happy with something."
