    "content": "Thank you very much indeed, Hon. Deputy Speaker. Before I give my comments on this, it is good to put it clear that, of course, integrity is a national value. Corruption, of course, is not a national value. It is a vice. I think we have to be clear that the Leader of the Majority Party, when he talked about national values, was talking about integrity being a national value and therefore, corruption is a vice. If you are corrupt then, of course, you are not a man of integrity. That is basically what, I think, Hon. Duale meant.
