    "content": "Three is that any figures coming to this House which do not follow the law must not be accepted in future. We should not be given figures and at the same time given the request to accept the higher variation of 10 per cent. The presentation of information will give this House the opportunity to interrogate expenditures and present the abuses that are given discretionally to the authorities of the Executive."
