    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Deputy Speaker. I am rising on a point of order based on Standing Order No. 95 that Mover be called upon to reply. The reason as to why I am saying this is because the discussions that we are having now or rather our debates are based on matters that have been raised at the Committee level. Each Parliamentary Committee has looked at the budgets and the matters that have been raised by various committees and put recommendations which have been sent to the Budget and Appropriations Committee. So, I am seeking your indulgence that the Mover be called upon to reply. Thank you."
