    "content": "On the National Land Commission (NLC), as Kenyans, we are fully aware of the problems that we are experiencing in terms of land demarcation, issuance of title deeds and addressing issues of land across the country generally. Through the Supplementary Budget II, the NLC lost Kshs162 million. It is important for us to know what effect this reduction will have on this Commission. Hon. Deputy Speaker, in the Supplementary Budget II, the Ministry of Sports, Culture and Arts has been allocated more resources. When we investigate the level of performance by Ministries, we realise that sometimes it is dependents on the resources we allocate them. The output must be in the form of performance.
