    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Deputy Speaker. I sit in the Budget and Appropriations Committee. This is the full disclosure. The full disclosure is that this extra amount of money that is being approved to be spent, if you ask me or if you ask any Member of that Committee, I would guarantee you no one knows how much has been spent and how much will be spent between today and Tuesday. That is the full disclosure. If you ask the National Treasury, they will tell you that we have spent some money and they will spend some but as to the specifics, if you want to squeeze the specifics from the National Treasury, it is like squeezing water from a rock. Therefore, I agree with Members of this House who have expressed reservations and have said that as a House we need to come in and assert our authority.
