"content": "That is debate, hon. Deputy Speaker. I want to conclude by requesting--- Hon. Mutava Musyimi and his Committee know that I have appeared before the Budget and Appropriations Committee to complain about entries which I did not agree with. We are here to look at spending on behalf of the people of Kenya. Why are we here? I am only asking that we must up our game. When we go out there and when we appear on television debates we are asked to be collectively responsible for what Parliament does. Nobody can ask us that when things are not working we just keep quiet. It is not good for the image of this House. We must pronounce ourselves on them. Hon. Deputy Speaker, I oppose."
