    "content": "who have failed elsewhere. It is high time we de-politicised these institutions so that people do not run away with public funds. Our concern as a Government is to alleviate poverty. The best way to do this is to indulge strategically any corporate social responsibilities where institutions like these are called upon to participate in alleviating poverty.
