    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Deputy Speaker. As I support and congratulate the Committee for doing a good job, I am an extremely worried man when I look at such Reports. I am worried if the Central Bank of Kenya (CBK) which is the country’s last bank and keeper of foreign resources has not been audited since 2010. That is a great worry. I am a worried man when most of the strategic institutions of our country have unqualified accounts. I am worried when I see land belonging to strategic institutions being grabbed.
