I will reserve my comments on Mumias Sugar Company until when the report of the Departmental Committee on Agriculture, Livestock and Cooperatives is brought to this House. That is when we will say that although it is good to give Mumias Sugar Company a bailout of Kshs1billion, those people who looted it must be brought to justice."
