    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker. At least, I have opened my fast and I can now speak. This is a new Session this afternoon. I beg to move the following Procedural Motion:- THAT, pursuant to Standing Order No.120, this House resolves to reduce the publication period of the Supplementary Appropriation Bill (No.2), (National Assembly Bill No.34 of 2015) from seven days to one day. That is a very clear Procedural Motion. We are here to deal with this Bill. For us to deal with it, we must follow the law and reduce the publication period. I ask my colleagues to support it. I also ask the Chairperson of the Budget and Appropriations Committee to second the Motion."
