    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, I beg to move that the Supplementary Appropriation Bill (No.2) (National Assembly Bill No.34 of 2015) be now read a Second Time. I want to thank Hon. Members, first of all, for finding time to be here at this unusual hour. I also want to say that it is very important we pass this Bill. A lot has been said today. I do not really wish us to go into the debate that consumed us yesterday and today. Many valid questions have been raised but some were not very valid. We will take a lot of issues and valid questions into account as a committee. However, I think that the Treasury has a job to perform. If we will do the work, as the Budget and Appropriations Committee and the National Assembly then the Treasury must do better than it is doing."
