    "content": "Mumias Sugar Company has had a turnaround strategy which will make it succeed. We request this House to help it by approving the Kshs2 billion that it requires. At the same time, the people who stole the money should be followed so that the money can be recovered from them. The company should also get proper management to handle the money that we will allocate it so that the people of Mumias can benefit. The President is good because he says that he will serve people irrespective of who voted for him. I know that the people of Mumias did not vote for my party leader or for the President but he has gone there to support them. We want to tell him to keep it up and keep an eye on the company so that it succeeds. If the company fails, the whole of Mumias and western region will suffer because it has direct and indirect benefits. The company supports all the towns of western region namely Kakamega, Kisumu, Bungoma and Busia. We support it. I beg to second."
