Rege. It is known that it will also help to cushion against undesirable practices by the oil marketing companies. In fact, one of the key undesirable practices that we have identified as a Committee, and this country knows, is that actions of major oil marketing companies always lead to predatory pricing and unpredictability in pricing. Therefore, if we can have the NOCK being able to guarantee a certain quota, then this can be avoided."
