    "content": "11,000 Square Kilometres and the rest has been taken by sisal estates, national parks and hills. We should ensure that there is equity. Fourthly, there is also need to ensure that land which was given out without peoples’ participation reverts back to the people, so that people are involved when their land is being dished out. Finally, there is need to ensure that the land under the sisal estate, especially in Mwatate, where somebody has taken away the airstrip, the rail station and the dam which is used by everybody, is returned to the local people. This will ensure that there is equity and for the first time, people will see that there is a Government which is protecting them and their land."
