    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker. Let me take this opportunity to thank the Committee for the work well done. This Committee brings out two issues, one being encroachment on the forest. I hope the Committee has recommended that those who colluded to hive off part of the forest should be prosecuted. Secondly, those who have encroached on access roads should be followed up because that is criminal. They should also be prosecuted."
