    "content": "I am not saying oil marketers have failed to meet what the nation requires. As far I am concerned, they are doing so. However, the issue here is price stability. The issue here is national storage for the products. The main reason why NOCK was formed was to provide petroleum products in remote areas of this country where marketers were not able to reach. That is why we have a crisis sometimes. If the Government wants NOCK to import 30 per cent of the fuel, I think there will be a crisis because they do not have the capacity to do so.
