    "content": "On various other aspects, I would also caution that, at times, it does not make sense for us to over-regulate an industry. Once you over-regulate an industry, the effect is: You will find a situation where people are now being kicked out of that industry because it is becoming too expensive to run it. The net effect will be high levels of unemployment. Notwithstanding this Bill being good, let us watch against over-regulation of any industry. If the impact results in a situation where investors do not invest in that industry, we will have a lot of joblessness. As I sit down, may I pray that we give respect to old age.
