    "content": "I do not want to repeat many of the issues that have been raised by Hon. Members here but I want to talk about the welfare of private security personnel. If there are workers who have been suffering in this country, they are these private security guards who are usually referred to as askari gongo . A lot of money is usually paid for their services, and yet a very small fraction is given to them. This Authority will regulate and make sure that people are paid what is due to them and commensurate with the services that they offer."
