I wish to contribute on a few issues, including training of private security personnel. This is important because we might arm them just like security personnel in the National Police Service. They must be trained properly so that they can get the confidence of the people they will be guarding. Their salaries must also be enhanced so that once they are accorded the privilege of carrying guns and guarding serious premises and important people, they can be motivated.
