    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, these people will be guarding our homes and banks. The reason why we have a shortage of police officers is that most of them have been deployed to guard banks and other important premises. Proper training, remuneration and arming of private security guards will make the NPS release police officers guarding private premises attend to national security matters. Regulating private security firms will also help reduce the security problems that we have as a country. We will eventually make some few improvements to this Bill, so that we can have a very important security sector in our country."
