    "content": "must be vetted. Even the training that these people undergo should be monitored. We should even give a condition that any private security firm must recruit their employees from NYS officers. At least, we can be sure of the training component such officers have. Many of my colleagues have said that we need to improve the salaries, insurance and welfare of private security guards so that they can be people of moral standing, who can be respected and not what we are doing at the moment. So, I support this Bill. There are certain amendments which I am going to bring during the Committee of the whole House stage to strengthen this Bill and ensure that it is passed as fast as we can. With those few remarks, I beg to support the Bill."
