    "content": "Finally, on the question of former security officers who retire, I am happy with the provision of the Bill that if they have to engage in the private security profession, they should be vetted. This is because some of those who have been retired or fired loosely form a company and propagate the same crime which they may have been involved in when they were in the public sector. This needs to be looked at and I wish that when the Committee brings it to the Third Reading they will strengthen that."
