    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I would like to thank the Chairman for the answer. I also thank the Ministry because since I asked for this Statement, the lecturers in University of Nairobi and Kenyatta Universities have been paid. My question was in regard to the public universities. I will lay on the Table a list of 46 lecturers who have not been paid since 2013, which should be given to the Chairman to follow up so that these Kenyans who have been desperately looking for their money from 2013 can be paid their dues. Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I will forward this to the Clerk."
