    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, adding further to what the Senator has raised, there is only one Ministry of Education in Kenya for private and public universities. The list that Sen. Mwakulegwa tabled was from one or two universities. We have over 20 public universities today. We do not know how many fall in the category that the Senator has already tabled. Could the Chairman through the Ministry, table the list of all those lecturers that are suffering and have not been paid their dues? Some of these universities include, Jaramogi Oginga Ondiga University, Chuka University and other public and private universities."
