    "content": "Thank you, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, for giving me the opportunity to contribute to this Motion. I wish to support and commend the Mover. I know that having been a teacher and an educationist before, he is concerned about the standard of education of not only his voters, but all Kenyans. This is a very good and urgent move that will, not only help solve the unemployment problem, but also an issue which if left for a long time will be a danger to not only that region and the country, but the entire continent. I support this Motion and urge the national Government to go ahead and immediately introduce the untrained teacher programme, as well as in-service training for the untrained teachers in the northern region. This can be done on contractual basis. Once the Government is able to deal the major issue of insecurity within the region, then the education system can go on as usual.
