    "content": "Thank you Mr. Temporary Speaker, Sir. I cry because I buried those children in Kakamega, Vihiga, Bungoma and Trans Nzoia counties. If I had the power, I would have gone elsewhere. When the children of the rich die, we quickly see adverts in the newspapers but out of 147 deaths, we rarely saw adverts in the papers. That suggests the social background of those children. In fact, if Kenyans would care to remember the television footages that came, you could see how desperate their homes were, even the central region where those children were going back to be buried. This matter must be looked at because we are the House of equity. With those few remarks, I support."
