    "content": "Mr. Temporary Speaker, Sir, I stand to reply to the Motion about recruitment of untrained teachers and providing in-service training for the same. I would like to start off by thanking colleagues from both sides of the House for unanimously supporting the adoption of this Motion. Mr. Temporary Speaker, Sir, education – as a number of them have rightly put – is a basic right. It is a right that cannot be denied by anyone.
