    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Speaker. I totally agree with you that Hon. Mwaita’s petition may convert us into an Industrial Court. Possibly, I can advise him to go and see my classmate there. Or, maybe he is also pursuing Article 95 (b) of the Constitution, which states that the National Assembly shall deliberate and resolve issues concerning the people. I think this is one of the issues referred. Hon.
