    "content": "THAT, aware that the country has been experiencing a series of fatal emergency situations that necessitate the need for urgent medical care and blood transfusion; deeply concerned that currently the country lacks sufficient blood reserves; noting that health services and blood donations in critical emergency situations are crucial to saving lives, this House urges the Government to consider setting up an Intensive Care Unit (ICU) and a blood transfusion unit in every constituency to provide medical care and blood in emergency situations."
