    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman. Without anticipating debate, even the proposed new clause does not have the words which Hon. Duale is mentioning. The Chairperson of the Departmental Committee on Finance, Planning and Trade needs to convince this House that after deleting Clause 34, the same provisions will be taken care of by the new clause. I do not think that is coming out clearly. So, he needs to convince us before we delete the clause, otherwise we will delete and lose the whole thing."
