Temporary Deputy Chairman, I beg to move:- THAT, Clause 62 be amended by- (a) deleting sub clause (1) and substituting therefor the following new sub clause— (1) The Cabinet Secretary shall, within one year of the commencement of this Act and every five years thereafter, following public participation, formulate a Water Services Strategy. (b) inserting the following new sub clause immediately after sub clause (5) The electronic version of the Official Hansard Report is for information purposesonly.
