Temporary Deputy Chairlady, I beg to move:- THAT, Clause 64 be amended— (a) by deleting the word “boards” appearing in the marginal note and substituting therefor the word “agencies”; (b) in sub clause (1) by deleting the words “water works development board” and substituting therefor the words “water works development agency”; and (c) in sub clause (2) by deleting the words “water works development boards” and substituting therefor the words “water works development agencies”. This is a consequential amendment of changing the names from “board” to “agency”."
