    "content": "THAT, Clause 74 be amended− (a) in sub clause (1) by− (i) deleting the words “Regulatory Authority may, after notification to the relevant county government executive,” and substituting therefor the words “Regulatory Board may,”; (ii) deleting the words “Regulatory Authority” appearing in paragraph (a) and substituting therefor the words “Regulatory Board”; (iii) deleting the “Regulatory Authority” appearing in paragraph (c) and substituting therefor the words “Regulatory Board”; (b) by deleting the words “Regulatory Authority” appearing in sub clause (2) and substituting therefor the words “Regulatory Board”; and (c) by deleting the words “Regulatory Authority” appearing in sub clause(4) and substituting therefor the words “Regulatory Board” ."
