Temporary Deputy Chairlady, I beg to move:- THAT, Clause 86 be amended− (a) in sub-clause (2) by deleting the words “A county government or the Regulatory Authority” and substituting therefor the words “The Regulatory Board”; and (b) by deleting sub-clause (3) and substituting therefor the following new sub- clause− “(3) As a condition of the licence, a licensee shall, within twelve months of receipt of the licence, or such other longer period as the Regulatory Board may determine, formulate and present to the Regulatory Board, a development plan for extending services to persons not receiving water The electronic version of the Official Hansard Report is for information purposesonly.
