Temporary Deputy Chairlady, I beg to move:- THAT, Clause 99 be amended by— (a) deleting the words “a county government executive or the Regulatory Authority” wherever it appears in Subclause (1) and substituting therefor the words “the Regulatory Board”; (b) deleting Subclause (2) and substituting therefor the following new Subclause — “(2) If, after inquiry, the Regulatory Board is satisfied that there has been failure on the part of the licensee, the Regulatory Board may impose a special regulatory regime on the water services provider for the purpose of remedying the default”; and, (c) deleting the words “Regulatory Authority” appearing in Subclause (3) and substituting therefor the words “Regulatory Board”."
