Temporary Deputy Chairlady, I beg to move:- THAT, Clause 109 of the Bill be amended by ─ (a) deleting the words “Regulatory Authority” appearing in the marginal note and substituting thereof the words “Regulatory Board”; (b) deleting the words “Regulatory Authority” appearing in Subclause (1) and substituting therefor the words “Regulatory Board”; (c) deleting the words “Regulatory Authority” appearing in Subclause (2) and substituting therefor the words “Regulatory Board”; and, (d) deleting the words “Regulatory Authority” appearing in Subclause (4) and substituting therefor the words “Regulatory Board”."
