    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairlady. I want to support that. I come from an urban area where research has never been funded. I appreciate the inclusion of this and, more so, about the sewerage and sanitation which has basically been forgotten all the other time. I support that it is a very good inclusion that is going to address the forgotten areas of water and that is sewerage and sanitation, and I support the Hon. Chairlady of the Departmental Committee on Environment and Natural Resources."
